Returns are accepted on most items, except for personalized, custom made, and "final sale"/clearance. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item by emailing us for a Return Authorization at info@eqcreations.com. We will then provide you with further instructions for shipping back the unwanted item. The item must be returned within 30 days of the date you originally received it. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and we must receive the item, in saleable condition, in order to grant a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be for the product purchase price less shipping and handling paid.  

If you would like an exchange you must purchase the item you want to exchange it for in a separate transaction, and then follow the instructions above to return the original item.
